Bridget started Talent Navigation Experts in 2012 to create higher quality staffing solutions for companies and professionals in Colorado. With over 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience, Bridget is responsible for leading all strategy, finance, and administration behind the growth of TNE. Before founding Talent Navigation, Bridget was the HR Director for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Senior Compensation Analyst for EMSC, and the HR Manager for Lincoln Plating. Bridget developed Talent Navigation’s business approach and practices to simultaneously improve the company brand and culture, serve clients as a trusted partner, and build the company for a sustainable future. In addition to her dedication to the Talent Navigation team, Bridget is a mother of two and serves as the President of the SungateKids Board of Directors.

Ryan started building TNE in 2012 with the goal to provide better staffing solutions and superior service for companies nationwide. He has worn every hat within the company and now serves as President of Talent Navigation Experts. Thanks to Ryan’s background in sales and his wife Bridget’s extensive knowledge in Human Resources, the two created a strong foundation for a successful company. Ryan has over 20 years of sales and leadership experience and leads a passionate team of recruiters and account managers, while overseeing the business development, strategic planning and overall operations at TNE. He has spent his entire career establishing strong relationships with businesses in the greater Denver community and has grown TNE into a customized solution for our clients’ contract and full-time staffing needs. Prior to building TNE, Ryan played competitive tennis and was the Head Tennis Professional at Club Greenwood. He and his family have lived in Colorado since 2002 and enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball in his free time.

Grant was drawn to recruiting by his passion for working with people and background in sales. After growing up in Colorado, he graduated from CU Boulder in 2017 and launched his career by participating in a prestigious management training program. After gaining in-depth sales and management experience, Grant moved to Amsterdam with his wife to earn his Master’s degree in Communication Science.

With over 15 years of staffing experience, Kurt is responsible for leading the Talent Navigation recruitment team to success. Passionate about helping IT professionals, Kurt specializes in career coaching, resume consulting and candidate matching to help them achieve their career goals. During his tenure at TNE, Kurt has helped over 110 professionals find life-changing careers. Now, he trains new team members, so they can best understand the TNE recruitment process and have similar accomplishments. When not at work, Kurt can be found watching sports, cheering on the Colts, hiking, grilling, or doing yard work. His favorite quote is, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take!”

Chris is a skilled Technology Recruiter with 20 years of experience in IT consulting and talent acquisition. Thanks to his extensive experience in conducting passive searches through non-traditional methods, Chris leads our team in seeking out new and innovative ways to find the best talent for our clients. Chris has been at Talent Navigation for 4 years successfully producing over 65 candidates for our clients throughout the state of Colorado. When not at work, Chris loves to spend time with his family, friends and church community. He embodies the quote, “Go the extra mile, it’s never crowded,” both figuratively and literally as he goes hiking as often as he can!

Jensen attended CSU for Art but felt it wasn’t the right path. She started working in sales and quickly realized she has a natural talent. After only a few months, she was promoted to management. She decided to grow her career outside of retail and sought out recruiting. She was quickly promoted into a Senior Recruiter running a full desk. She was born and raised in Colorado! Fun fact: She started working with dogs and dog rescue for a few years which she loves. She has four animals and is obsessed! 2 littermate kitties and 2 little dogs. She tries to spend as much time loving on them and getting them out and about in her free time. She is passionate about animal rescues and volunteers her time at MaxFund! In addition to that, She loves pop culture and music (mostly pop) and loves going to concerts! Her favorite quote is “Don’t let fear stop you from doing the thing you love.” -Buster Moon

Amanda is originally from Detroit, Michigan, and she studied event management at Central Michigan University. After college, I began my career planning weddings and events at a hotel, which sparked my passion for creating memorable experiences. She made a big move to Broomfield, Colorado to live with her aunt and uncle. Breaking into the local job market was tough at first, but everything changed when a recruiter connected with her for an opportunity at a fortune 500 company. That role launched her career in recruiting, she has now been in the field for nearly eight years. Outside of work, she loves getting creative—whether it’s sewing, embroidering, making rugs, or hitting the slopes and hiking trails. Kim is a Colorado native but craves the beach. She brings her managing and creative expertise to TNE. Kim confidently manages all marketing and candidate needs. In her free time, Kim stays busy with her family and traveling. Her family spends most weekends at the racetrack and are avid drag racers! Kim’s favorite quote is, “I am better than I was yesterday but not as good as I will be tomorrow.”

Anna started out as a drafter for a lightning protection company in Boulder while she was going to school. Anna graduated in 2009 with a BS in business management and been in accounting ever since. She was born in Austin, MN but moved to Longmont CO when she was a baby and been in Colorado ever since. Anna spends her spare time hanging out with family, kids sports, hiking near Boulder, camping, fishing, anything outdoors.  Anna’s favorite quote is, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel” Maya Angelou
