Location: Mesa, Arizona
Duration: Full-time
Compensation Range (pending experience): $150-$175K base + 50% bonus ++ (there is discretionary bonus based on mutually discussed targets – TONS of upside!)
About the Role: Our client has a unique opportunity to be the leader of sales for the largest and newest sports complex in North America. They are looking for someone with an athletic background and/or a passion for all things sports related, in addition to a proven track record in sales. Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the North American sports and entertainment market.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
