Although we have worked to implement engaging teambuilding activities, happy hours, breakfast meetings, etc., the biggest change we made as a company was going 100% remote. Once the stay-at-home order was lifted, we attempted a hybrid model only to realize that our employees not only preferred but were more productive and happier working 100% remote.
