About the Role: Healthcare client in the DTC area is seeking TWO Level 2 Support Mobility Engineers to support their Android and Apple iOS environment. The role is not MDM administration but performing support mobility functions.
Required Skills: (3+ years)
• Strong Customer Service
• Strong IT Support
• Troubleshooting Mobile Devices
• Add/Remove Users
• Wiping Devices
• They will work closely with Level 3 MDM Administrators
