Customer Joy Manager (Technical Account Manager)
Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: 100% Remote (prefer Texas)
Duration: FTE (Direct Hire)
Compensation Range (pending experience): $80K + bonus + equity
About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company as a Customer Success Manager with strong technical knowledge in either AWS, GCP, or Security. You must be good at building relationships with clients. This role will be making sure high retention of their existing clients.
Required Skills: Technical knowledge with cloud security or AWS or GCP, and solid post sales experience.
Preferred Skills: Any security or cloud experience.
