A Brief Overview

Responsible for the strategic planning, management, support and optimization of the enterprise  computing environment in support of corporate applications, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Firewall, Enterprise Monitoring, and secure communications between internal, external and third party partners. Provide high level of availability for all systems in support of business objectives meeting service level objectives. Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

What you will do

  • Lead the team responsible for providing the 24 x 7 enterprise Identity Access Management, Active Directory, Firewall, Enterprise monitoring, and Patching in support of corporate and customer facing applications.
  • Ensure solutions and strategies are in alignment with Security standards.
  • Develop strategies and plans to meet the needs of the department and business in alignment with established priorities.
  • Work independently with Officers, Directors, Architects, SME’s, PMO, Auditors, and third-party partners as needed to ensure solutions are adequately supporting company’s growth and business needs.
  • Review critical internal and third party systems to ensure that proper disaster recovery procedures have been implemented and tested.
  • Develop capacity planning of all key services ensuring business growth does not outpace existing infrastructure capabilities.
  • Develop and establish beneficial and cost effective relationships with service providers.
  • Monitor and maintain all systems to meet established Service Level Objectives
  • Lead crisis management efforts during planned and unplanned outages, driving rapid response and resolution to critical issues impacting the business

A Brief Overview

Responsible for installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows and Linux servers and applications in a 24×7 enterprise environment. Participates in all aspects of the research, planning, design, and documentation for assigned projects. Analyze customer requirements to provide highly available, secure solutions. What you will do

  • Administer and support virtual servers and applications that run on Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of projects and applications involving existing and new technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems; coordinate resolution with internal technical resources and external vendors.

A Brief Overview
This Systems Administrator (Analyst, Systems Admin) position is responsible for support of critical Identity and Access Management applications in our 24×7 enterprise environment.  The IAM administrator will troubleshoot application performance issues and coordinate resolution with internal technical resources and with vendors.  Daily duties will include project work and support of Active Directory, (LDAP, GPO, DNS), PKI, and other access/authorization systems such as Identity Federation (SSO), Identity Lifecycle and Password Vaulting services including troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, and upgrades of these systems as well as support for other core applications. Participation in an on-call rotation is required as well as after-hours work as needed for system implementations, outages, or upgrades.

  • Provide implementation and escalation support of Windows and Linux servers for other Technology teams
  • Collaborate with the Security team to resolve audit findings
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and vendors in the evaluation, implementation, and proof of concepts for projects involving existing and new technical solutions
  • Include documentation as an integral part of every project
  • Maintain knowledge of current and developing technologies, recommend evaluation of emerging technologies that would benefit the Infrastructure
  • Support configuration and troubleshooting of SSO connections for corporate and 3rd part applications

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Dynamics Lead Administrator, the D365 Analyst provides planning, implementation, system testing and production support of Dynamics 365 (D365) for InnovAge and its affiliates.

Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities

  • Works with project team to design and implement Dynamics CRM 
  • Work with Lead Administrator to implement a D365 business strategy and vision that aligns InnovAge business strategy and vision
  • Develops and updates training strategies, plans, and content for end users 
  • Develops and updates documentation for IT team pertaining to CRM and its technologies
  • Works with Tier 1 Support to troubleshoot and support end user issues
  • Assists Lead Administrator with execution of D365 projects including planning, implementation and testing and deployment of solutions 
  • Assists with implementation and management of operational processes & workflows to ensure that the D365 meets and exceeds Innovage business and technical requirement
  • Assist with training all new users on how to navigate our D365 instance
