This individual will be an Associate Marketing Automation Manager for a well known client of ours in the medical device space. The ideal candidate has experience with Marketo and Salesforce and marketing automation.

Associate Marketing Automation Manager

Position Spotlight:
•    Marketo or other Marketing Automation platform experience required
•    You will be building complex, personalized e-mail campaigns using Marketo
•    Work with Marketing teams who support existing customers by developing, implementing, measuring and optimizing engagement and conversation!
•    Hybrid role- 2 days in our Lone Tree office, 3 days working from home  **eligible for fully remote as well**

About the role 
If you know the automation side of Marketing, with experience in CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Marketing Automation team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! Cochlear is helping people hear, and be heard, all over the world. In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. 

Your success in this role is measured by your ability to manage marketing automation development phases, including requirements-gathering, design/development, testing, configuration and advanced administration. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Professional Engagement, Sales and IT to drive customer engagement. 
Key Responsibilities
•    Manage the marketing teams who support existing customers, by analyzing, developing, implementing, measuring & optimizing engagement & conversion
•    Build campaigns, using best practices for our marketing automation tools; set up and execute tactical tasks associated with complex, personalized e-mail campaigns
•    Monitor campaigns closely and provide recommendations for enhancements to all marketing automation programs using fact-based analytics
•    Act as marketing automation lead on critical system enhancements, providing direction on requirements, supporting implementation and testing.

Key Requirements 
To add value to Cochlear in this role you’ll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    5 years marketing experience, including 3 years’ experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM platforms. 
•    Working knowledge of marketing technologies and industry best practices.
•    Experience with interactive marketing techniques including inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, and Analytics.

Salary and Benefits

•    Target Salary Range: $87,000 – $97,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary. Compensation offered to candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill level.
