What you’ll do

  • Coach, mentor, develop and lead a dynamic team of Ad Ops Campaign Managers.
  • Stay current on DSP capabilities and continuously look for ways to improve optimization strategies.
  • Oversight of Supply Path Optimization efforts.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure team performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of the Ad Operations team, evolve approach and plans based on learnings.
  • Track execution of deliverables and action items for accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, PM and Strategus Labs to exceed company goals.
  • Drive team efficiencies and consistency to meet key KPIs and other business metrics.
  • Assist with solutions to complex issues by clearly articulating the problem, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and formulating an approach with the team.
  • Provides exceptional customer services, internally and externally, through partnership, and ownership of the Ad Ops team.
  • Work with Strategus Labs to oversee new product documentation and deployment to the Ad Ops Team.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Leadership team.

Qualifications

  • You've got 2+ years of experience in programmatic RTB, ideally in OTT/CTV.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of operations managers
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising campaign management landscape (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges, etc), primarily Demand-Side (DSPs).
  • Experience & understanding of managing programmatic OTT video ad campaigns
  • High comfort level in giving direct and honest feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and summarize for team and leadership.
  • Ability to lead multiple, high-priority projects through implementation and adoption.
  • Numbers come naturally to you, especially when it comes to data
  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment and working with a variety of people.

  • Experience leading teams through the full software development life cycle including managing cross functional project teams (Dev, QE and Automation).
  • Expected to demonstrate great understanding and excellence with all parts of the Software Development Lifecycle with common backend implementations including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Release, and Production Support.
  • Proven track record of hiring, growing and nurturing cohesive, high performing development teams.
  • Ability to work with external partners, cross functional teams and internal partners.
  • 3+ years of personal hands on software development experience working on systems level software.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and leading teams developing enterprise products in a high-growth, fast-paced system software engineering company.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and with continuous integration / continuous delivery

As a Catalog CPQ Manager  at DISH, you must excel at being decisive, have a holistic mindset of the entire DISH ecosystem, and ultimately understand how all data flows throughout the catalog-driven solution. You will be part of a delivery team that enables the organization to quickly and efficiently bring new products and services to the market.

 

Responsibilities will vary, but ultimately include:

  • Holistic alignment of catalog-driven solution
  • Determine how data should be generated, treated, and passed across the ecosystem with a customer-centric focus
  • Provide input on effective model changes and their downstream effects on enterprise ecosystems
  • Overall insight into Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management co-dependencies
  • Input into the design and implementation of the entire stack, including outside of catalog, CPQ, and Order Management
  • Provide guidance, implement, and create standards on how best to model DISH products
  • Works with configurators to provide best practices on product hierarchies, templates, and rule definitions
  • Provide guidelines on how to build effective, comprehensive models that are scalable and extensible
  • Troubleshooting assistance with Catalog related issues
  • Provide on-the-job training in Catalog and Catalog Services
  • Liaison between requests for new functionality and implementation team
  • Consider the organization impact of decisions made regarding data modeling
