CFO (VP or Director)

See attached DECK under file for more details but please don't share with candidates. They would hire a VP or Director that is ready for this challenge. They would like us to do ODRO video's with our candidates to answer the 3 questions above. They can't divulge details of the assets they are preparing to buy because it isn't finalized but it will be soon. They want to fill this before the end of the year. They could go up to $225 but $200K is target – also the Equity play in this could be life changing for someone if this plays out.

Are you a current CFO or afuture CFO thatwants to join a start up company that has their sites on an opportunity that has a ton of upside? This company has secured a capital investment of $200MM to pursue lower to middle market asset/entity acquisitions. This position isn't going to last long but they are ready to move with bringing a CFO onto their team that isn't afraid of a some calculated risk. This person needs to have led or been heavily involved in raising capital (debt or equity) for a company with a strong financial background.

Company philosophy: This company was formed in April 2020 with a vision to provide infrastructure solutions in partnership with Producers that create value in nearly any commodity price environment. Based in Denver, Colorado, they are focused on acquisitions, consolidation and optimization in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Mid-Continent, and Rockies. Midstream service offerings will include central production facilities; natural gas gathering, compression, processing, and treating; crude oil and water gathering; product transportation and downstream marketing.

Leadership Team: This company is a start up led by an experienced leadership team with a heavy track record of successful deal execution. They are focused on creative customer solutions, efficient low-cost operations and long-term value creation. They have industry relationships built on trust and respect across Upstream and Midstream sectors. The will source and execute deals by tapping experience, industry relationships, innovation, and sound financial principals. The leadership has extensive experience in targeted basins.

Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of CFO experience or similar
Experience raising capital (debt or equity)
