Key Responsibilities:
•    Build strong relationships with the industry leaders and help MosoLabs grow into a leading provider of private networks technology solutions.
•    Develop and maintain a detailed account plan that enables MosoLabs to position products and advocate for MosoLabs business growth
•    Work closely with Marketing and Product Development to understand and reply to customer opportunities including technical RFIs and RFPs.
•    Actively seek out opportunities and manage customer relationships from customer introduction to customer award and post-launch support
•    Showcase and position MosoLabs’s forward looking product roadmap with customer demands, and driving sales volume growth.
•    Understand customer wireless strategy, deployment plans and needs. Ensure MosoLabs is pitching the right product and feature sets.
•    Support customers during technical evaluation process and proactively gather customer feedback to assist MosoLabs’s ongoing product development efforts.
•    Support program management to synchronize projects with R&D and product marketing.
Qualifications and skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent discipline with a strong technology understanding is preferred
•    10+ years experience in a customer facing sales role in the telecom industry, preferred private networks experience/relationships
•    Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques and has proven record of sales growth 
•    Strong communication skills with good interpersonal skills with internal team members, vendor partners and customers.
•    Experience in managing customer expectations while ensuring value delivery.
•    Must be a hunter – self-driven to take initiative and drive issues to closure with customers and across teams in MosoLabs.
•    Maintains teamwork and collaborative attitude under all situations.
•    Be comfortable working with both a US-based team as well as an Asia-based support organization
•    Mindset of taking ownership and a willingness to step up to get the job done is a must.
•    Customers based in USA initially, growing to EU and APAC
