NetSuite Administrator

About the Role:
A growing outdoor retail and eCommerce company is looking for a hands-on NetSuite Administrator with general IT support capabilities. This full-time role will manage daily ERP operations, streamline internal processes, and maintain key integrations and systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable supporting a non-technical team in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of NetSuite administration experience (user setup, inventory item creating/management and pricing updates, reporting)
  • Experience with API integrations and maintaining system connectors (e.g., Suite POS, RF Smart)
  • ACS Optimize architecture review/management
  • Basic IT support skills (email configuration, printer setup, network assistance)
  • Strong Excel skills essential for managing and manipulating NS data, including proficiency with formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with retail systems, RF Smart, and payment gateways
  • Experience migrating from Outlook to Google Workspace
  • Interest in process improvement and automation
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn new tools or systems quickly

Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager

Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or relevant field of study; or equivalent years of related work experience required.

 

Work Experiences:

  • Experience working with best-in-class Distribution systems driving organizational adoption of best practices
  • Leading strategic supply chain initiatives in a large, complex, retail organization
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering roles with emphasis on process improvement
  • Expertise in Manhattan and Oracle Supply Chain Systems

 

Skills:

  • Strong functional and technical understanding of Distribution and Transportation Management systems, Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Oracle Transportation Management preferred
  • Communicates effectively across various levels of technical and non-technical expertise
  • Excellent change management skills, effectively driving adoption of new systems and processes
  • Experience leading multiple, disparate stakeholders through the design of large, complex projects, processes, and technology solutions while operating within a software delivery lifecycle is preferred. 
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence business partners to achieve results
  • Significantly influence IT and business stakeholders 
  • Strong Critical thinking skills to quickly overcome and solve technical and operational challenges
  • Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills 
  • Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as workstream lead for Academy’s Supply Chain Systems team in managing issues and ensuring proper escalation management as required. 
  • Partners with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure system capabilities maximize productivity and optimize throughput
  • Collaborates with IT to ensure complete and accurate business requirements are gathered to deliver system capabilities
  • Lead discussions and ensure understanding of business-critical functional design, testing and implementation
  • Maintains and executes against product roadmap for Supply Chain systems, including product enhancements/future releases
  • Evaluate, oversee, coordinate, and support configuration, testing, and implementation activities for all inbound/outbound functions, with an emphasis on transportation and distribution systems
  • In partnership with Engineering team, develop and deploy inbound process SOPs for optimal productivity
  • Collaborate with vendors, local teams, offshore teams, and other teams to meet operational and strategic goals
  • Lead Go-Live related Business activities including Training, Business Support, Stabilization and Hypercare
  • Continue serving as business lead and SME for all completed projects, enhancements, and business continuity work
  • Understanding of master data management principles and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Responsibilities may change; team members may be asked to complete other duties as assigned

 

Physical Requirements & Attendance

  • Requires on call after hours, including weekends
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
