The DISH Wireless organization is looking for an experienced Data Modeler to lead the design, configuration, and support of wireless product offerings in an enterprise level product catalog. The candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment where initial requirements are vague and evolving.  The ability to quickly understand the project goals and impacted systems and to independently seek out subject matter experts to produce catalog requirements will be critical.





  • Design, configuration, and support of complex wireless rate plans in Hansen Sigma Catalog
  • Holistic alignment of catalog-driven solution
  • Determine how data should be generated, treated, and passed across the ecosystem with a customer-centric focus
  • Provide input on effective model changes and their downstream effects on enterprise ecosystems
  • Overall insight into Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management co-dependencies
  • Input into the design and implementation of the entire stack, including outside of catalog, CPQ, and Order Management
  • Provide guidance, implement, and create standards on how best to model DISH products
  • Works with configurators to provide best practices on product hierarchies, templates, and rule definitions
  • Provide guidelines on how to build effective, comprehensive models that are scalable and extensible
  • Troubleshooting assistance with Catalog related issues.
  • Provide on-the-job training in Catalog and Catalog Services
  • Liaison between requests for new functionality and implementation team
  • Consider the organization impact of decisions made regarding data modeling


Required Skills:

We are in search of an Analyst/Developer for the Dish National Sales team that is responsible for managing several programs that are critical to the success of Direct Sales, the National Sales Partner and National Accounts sales channels, Customer Retention, and DISH Movers.

This is a role with significant responsibility, as these business units handle many of the most important interactions (beginning, middle, and end) our customers’ have with DISH. The Data Analytics Lead is responsible for managing the DISH Wireless Commercial data, integrations and designing the fully-automated analytics modules catering to DISH business team needs and the analytics product offerings in the marketplace for Commercial customers. As part of an agile development team, you will enable downstream systems to function, leveraging rules, decomposition, workflows that are designed and created by you.

  • Create complex, multi-tier product, service, and resource entities following best practices and adhering to standards identified by TMForum and DISH

we are looking at expanding our team and in the look out for candidates that can help us with analyzing, profiling, validating and creating source to target mapping to enable data ingestion from various sources and creating data stores for business use.

This candidate will needs to have

Prepares data quality analysis (DQA) artifacts, including recommendations and data profiles used in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate, and source to target mappings. Ensures quality control of databases through the development and maintenance of test plans and quality control procedures and may assist in development and implementation of measurement systems. This position will be responsible for Data Analysis activities to support Data Warehouse projects.


Primary responsibilities for the position include:

  • This person will be required to discover, analyze, profile and document findings on source data systems
  • Create source to target mappings using business rules to transform data
  • Assist development team during the development phase to resolve data issues and understand data constraints
  • The candidate will create and maintain data sets for Data Mining and Predictive Analytics
  • Once development activities are completed the candidate will drive the testing of the final data output
